As a clan member, platooning with others is very important as Platoon members can learn from each other. This philosophy is known in the world of Judo as "Jita-Kyoei" or Mutual Welfare and Benefit. Each student, through practice, learns and benefits from the other student.
Kano Jigoro, the founder of Judo and practitioner of this philosophy, reportedly asked to be buried in his white belt when he died in 1938. He wanted to be remembered as a student who was constantly learning and not the master he was.
1) This is a judgement free zone, everyone can learn from each other.
2) When asked to platoon with clanmates, Please do so at every opportunity.
3) When we have enough clanmates, and we "git gud" enough, we will participate in skirmishes, clan wars etc.
