Everything in life has a price. Even if that cost is without a number, it still costs us to own even when we don't want to sell. Wargaming is a lot like that... anything can be had in WoT if you want to pay the cost.
You want better penetration? Buy gold rounds... you want better tanks? Buy Premium time... You want better stats? spend your time getting to higher tier battles...
In the end you must ask yourself... "How much does all this cost?"
Play the game for enjoyment... it is not life.
